CUSTOMER GUIDELINES Our Five Customer Guidelines to Help us Keep you Safe... We are happy to be welcoming our customers back to our branches. To adhere with Government Covid-Secure retail guidelines, we would like to ask that all customers respectfully follow the below guidelines.

1. Until further notice we will operate a managed-entry policy, limiting customer numbers to allow for social distancing in-store. Appointments are encouraged to avoid potential queueing outside the branch.

2. All customers to wear a face mask (covering nose and mouth) whilst within our branches and to use hand-gel provided by us upon entering the branch. 3. Customers will be asked to check in to the branch using the NHS app and to remain at least 1m away from staff at all times. Customer seating will be clearly marked out to maintain social distancing with protective screens between customers and staff.

4. Unfortunately we are unable to provide tea and coffee. 5. We would ask that any customers who are not feeling well or who have any Covid-19 symptoms refrain from visiting the branch, but use our video appointment service instead.
