The Steward Ranch is a 667-acre highfenced ranch in the heart of the Golden Triangle of South Texas 14 +/-miles North East of San Diego, Tx, in Duval County. This well-managed property is entirely highfenced and currently under MLD (Managed Land Deer Permit), allowing for better management of the deer population and benefiting the most flexible bag limits and seasons. Typical trophies range between 150”-170” and the largest scored at 222”. Aside from the whitetail, this property also has excellent quail hunting during the wetter years. LOCATION The ranch is located 14 miles NE of San Diego, Tx. Take CR 103 NW out of town and then take a left down CR 104. CR 104 is a well-maintained dirt county road. You will take this road for about 10 miles until you hit the gate. From there, there is a 1-mile easement road into the property.

Chad Foster is a native of Eagle Pass. Born and raised in Boerne, Texas, he split his time helping landowners around the Hill Country and working his family’s ranch in Maverick County. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University, studying Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences. These opportunities have provided him with a robust knowledge of farm and ranch greatly respected within his extensive network of buyers, sellers, and financial institutions.
