WATER

VEGETATION

The highlight of the Olmos Grande Ranch is its unmatched Whitetail herd. The deer have been managed for years and consistently produce high caliber bucks scoring over 180” with multiple deer topping 200s”. Most are heavy-horned typical frames, coveted by South Texas Hunters. Countless resources have been spent ensuring that the ranch will produce trophy deer, season after season. There are also a few Scimitar Horned Oryx on the property. These animals have also thrived on the ranch. Aside from the Whitetail and Exotic species, all other species of South Texas Game can be found in large numbers. Both Bobwhite and Blue Quail thrive, as do Javelina, Dove, and Wild Hogs.

The square footage of the main rock house is 2,332 and is a 4 bed/ 3 bath and can either run off a reverse osmosis water system fed from a salt water well or a rainwater collection system with two underground 10k gallon storage tanks. The airplane hangar is 3,600 feet and has a one bed/one bath living quarters with a full kitchen. The living quarters run off a rainwater collection system with a 5k-gallon storage tank. A 1,800 sq ft equipment barn sits next to the hangar.The green barndominium is 1,564 sq ft and is a 2 bed / 2 bath with a full kitchen. There are two 10k-gallon storage tanks. The equipment pole barn in the North pasture is 1,125 square feet. Twenty-two feed pens sit on the property, 8 on the North pasture along with a feed silo, and 14 on the South pasture with a feed silo. There are 8 blinds on the North pasture and 13 on the South for a total of 21 blinds on the ranch.
