Pre-Listing Post-Listing

Using our contacts, social media outreach, and brochures, we can reach out to potential buyers across the country. Marketing your property before it is listed online has huge benefits, especially during the current market. New listings are difficult to find, making inventory extremely low. The low inventory has caused an influx of buyers without properties to buy. These buyers are typically familiar with existing inventory. The appreciation and thrill of viewing an off-market property often motivate offers.

We take your property live across multiple marketing avenues in print, online, and in person. We passively, actively and consistantly showcase your property to our target markets and lead sources. We use a vast range of medias, platforms, associations, styles, and aproaches to repitively engage our targets. We ensure our targets see us, hear us, and hear about us. Our craftsmanship ensures they want to see and know more.

His thirst for adventure has documented the fight against Rhino poachers and taken him on rock climbing expeditions, cattle drives, and hitch hiking on sailboats throughout Southeast Asia.

Matt Mortellra

Since returning to his home state, he has represented the World Heritage Organization’s partnership with the National Parks Service to document and preserve the architectural history of the San Antonio Missions.
