// Important Details Payment Full payment required upon reservation. Non-refundable if cancelled. If you need receipt with your tax number, please inform upon payment. Tickets All tickets must be collected from our Reservations Office at Restaurante Do Forte until the 29th of December, between 10am and 6pm. Please make sure you have your tickets ready, in order to guarantee an orderly reception. Tickets should be kept all evening by the guests to ensure free access throughout. Individual vs Shared tables Our Main Restaurant (Gold) is the only dining area with individual tables where you get a table for the exact number of people you have booked for. All the other dining areas will have round tables of 8 to 11 people – so you will sit together with other guests at shared tables. Dietary requirements Please inform any food restrictions when booking. All menu changes must be organized in advance. No alterations will be possible if requested on the day. Children At the dining areas with set gala menu (Main Restaurant and Marquee) all children between zero to eleven years old at are provided with the Special Children’s menu (see page 21). At the buffet dining areas (Military Room and Museum Room) a soup can be provided for the younger children if requested upon reservation. Dress Code Feel free to shine on this special night. Please note that shorts, slippers, jeans, trainers or any other sport/casual wear will not be allowed.
