The Consortium for Health and Military Performance (CHAMP) at the Uniformed Services University in collaboration with the Ohio State University Spine Research Institute (OSU-SRI) will use a novel spine function assessment device in conjunction with a series of digital health questionnaires to help researchers learn how measurements of low back or neck motion can be used to track and treat low back or neck pain.

YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE IF Are active duty military Have had an episode of low back OR neck pain lasting longer than 7 days in the last 3 months OR if you are seeing a health care provider for low back or neck pain OR you have not had low back or neck pain lasting longer than 7 days in the past 3 months
