Post-Concussion Neuromuscular Function and Musculoskeletal Injury Risk

Volunteers needed for a Research Study Opportunity Post-Concussion Neuromuscular Function and Musculoskeletal Injury Risk Principal Investigator: Brad D. Hendershot, PhD Purpose: To identify neuromuscular mechanisms that contribute to increased musculoskeletal injury risk following concussion.

Active Duty Service Member Age 18-40 years Receiving Care for a Concussion/MTBI (Group #1) Free of Musculoskeletal Injury (Group #2)

What will be asked of you:

1. Up to three (3) in-person clinical assessments (2 hours each) at the WRNMMC Biomechanics Laboratory 2. Monthly follow-up via email for one (1) year (15 minutes each)

This study does not include any study specific intervention (treatment) that deviates from normal standard of care. However, you will complete movement and patient reported outcome assessments.
