EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICE Brookhouse Food Club received £500 to help pay for a one year subscription to Fair Share as well as to purchase additional essential items such as toiletries and feminine hygiene products. Hannah applied for the fund, and she said: “The community fund has been amazingly helpful in allowing us to continue the meaningful work at our Brookhouse Food Club. Every Monday we’re open to the local community of Eccles at Brookhouse Community Centre. We have many people who come to buy their weekly shop for just £3 allowing them to make their budget stretch further by purchasing regular groceries at a significantly reduced price.”

We’ve launched a service to help tenants who need employment support. The service can help those who have been longterm unemployed, need helping looking for a job and advice and guidance on changing careers. If you need support, or know someone who does, click here to visit www.forhousing.co.uk/ employment-support-service/
