We’re responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of your home, commercial properties such as shops and land owned by us.
Your local council is responsible for services such as education, social care, waste management, transport and planning.

EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICE
We recently published “Focusing on what matters” – our Annual Report for 2022/23 – where you can read more about what we’re doing well and also where we need to improve. Putting you at the heart of what we do was a key part of developing this, so a big thank you to everyone who helped and for continuing to hold us to account.
We’ve launched a service to help tenants who need employment support.
