EXPERIENCE (Continued)

✓ Experience of time management and planning techniques and an ability to apply these in a practical manner across multiple projects. (Desirable).

✓ Experience coordinating work remotely via email, video conferencing and phone. (Essential).

✓ Experience using dashboards and other performance management software to assist in monitoring the progress of projects and performance improvement in general. (Desirable).

✓ Experience supporting the development of detailed and robust reports to decision makers and presenting to stakeholder/ advisory groups, and Boards. (Desirable).

✓ Experience of managing risk by using systems to identify, review and mitigate or minimise risk to a project, programme, or organisation. (Desirable).

✓ High level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide advice to various key stakeholders, aligning with strategic objectives.

✓ Adapting your approach to build credibility with stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds at local and regional level, along with the ability to inspire and engage others.

✓ Excellent budget and financial monitoring skills, with the ability to understand and analyse data in forecasts and financial reports.

✓ Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.

✓ Delivering tangible outcomes, under pressure, and removing blockages to achievement.

✓ Naturally collegiate and communicable in approach; team player, while being able to work independently.

✓ Resilience in order to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the confidence and initiative to make judgements and produce high-quality work within agreed timescales.

✓ Willingness to travel across the country as necessary, including regular travel to the Foundation office in London.

✓ Proficient in the use of MS Office tools with the appropriate level of IT competencies to learn new software and support the completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
