KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

✓ Provide timely progress updates and reports to the Senior Programmes Manager (Hubs), The FA, Premier League, Sport England, The National Football Trust, and other external stakeholders, to ensure everyone is engaged with and alert to progress on the project.

✓ Resolving issues and barriers to local delivery and where necessary escalating matters for further advice and support.

✓ In partnership with Programmes and Business Services team colleagues, provide governance support to the National Football Trust Board in line with the existing service level agreement.

✓ Day to day management of the Foundation’s Booking System and Smart Access Framework to ensure Football Foundation applicants have access to quality management and financial data to help create sustainable facilities and maximise the outcomes they deliver.

Other Activity

The role will also be required to:

✓ Undertake any other reasonable management request, including duties as can be reasonably expected to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the Programmes Team and wider organisation, never forgetting that teamwork is at the heart of what we do.

✓ Carry out duties and responsibilities of the post at all times in accordance with Foundation policies and principles.

✓ Ensure compliance with data protection in all matters.

✓ Uphold the ‘four corners’ of the Football Foundation.

✓ Demonstrate a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
