Welcome to an exciting and unique culinary journey designed to bring the best of local cuisine to the Charles Schwab Food Hall. Powered by Krafted Kitchen Collection, we are excited to introduce two innovative temporary service solutions: Food Fleet and Foodworks.
Food Fleet will kick off in June, offering a vibrant array of food trucks right outside the Charles Schwab Food Hall. This mobile foodservice model brings delicious, flexible dining options directly to you, perfect for the dynamic and ever-changing workforce landscape. Our dedicated team ensures seamless logistics, exceptional customer service, and a diverse menu to satisfy every palate.
Foodworks will take over from July through December, transforming the food hall with a rotating residency of local restaurants. This platform showcases the culinary talents of our neighborhood's best, creating a dynamic dining experience that celebrates diversity and authenticity. Each week, guests can enjoy a new selection of mouthwatering dishes, ensuring there's always something fresh and exciting to try.
We are eager to showcase our dedication and culinary excellence beyond December. We would love the opportunity to discuss the potential for a permanent partnership. Together, we can continue bringing these authentic local flavors to your table, enriching the dining experience at Charles Schwab Food Hall.

Foodworks has a strict set of operating requirements to provide the best and safest service to guests. This involves a true partnership by everyone, proper unit setup, great local restaurant food and exceptional customer service. Partners are required to complete a thorough training on food handling, cross-contamination, temperature and time guidelines, as well as station standards, uniform policies and engagement protocols.

ALIST is your personal concierge to the country’s best culinary talent highlighting women and minority chefs. ALIST connects you with current and upcoming celebrity chefs for events with cooking demos, catering and other unique offerings
IGNITE is a community grant program exclusive to Foodworks’ minority- and women-owned restaurant partners nationwide IGNITE has over $100,000 available in grants and offers a maximum of $2,500 to help partner recipients build their operations
$8.6K standard Foodworks sliding scale fee ($1,350/month) and $500 activation fee
Any additional operating variable expenses are not included in this model Population and participation can and will affect the monthly subsidy
Foodwork proposal assumes a 30% capture rare of current population figures for breakfast and lunch. Miscellaneous line is the projected deficit from partner minimum guarantees. Subcontractor income is projected commissions back to the statement from partner sales exceeding minimum sales guarantees.
