Timboon
Railway Shed Distillery
The Timboon Distillery is set up in an old railway shed and produces an array of spirits and liqueurs, including single malt whisky. The whisky is distilled in a pot still, using malted barley as the only grain ingredient, drawing inspiration from the single malts of Scotland. The deck is ideal for lunch (book ahead), covered, heated in winter, and cooled in the warmer months.

Babche Wines
A family operated organic vineyard and farm, Babche Wines have a dense planting of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cab Franc amongst a myriad of flora and fauna. Fruit is handpicked and fermented wild, manually basket-pressed and gravity fed into bottle unfiltered and without the use of additives or preservatives. An ode to the Matriarchs (The Babches) of their families who made wine this way, by hand and unadulterated.

Mepunga Wines
A small family operated boutique winery, Mepunga Wines grow Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris, across two vineyards located in Mepunga and Warrnambool. Making all their wines on site, with a lowintervention/gloves off approach, their wines express varietal characteristics from each vineyard’s unique environment and cool climate.
