In order to continue contributing to the education of young women from indigenous, rural, and Afro-Mexican communities in Oaxaca, the Guadalupe Musalem Fund announces the Call for Scholarships 2022. The scholarship provides multidisciplinary support in emotional health, human rights, feminism, academic studies, acompaniment by a tutor, and financial support of two thousand pesos a month, among others. The young women who are selected will receive the grant during the 2022-2023 school year, with the possibility of continuing to receive it during the three years of high school studies, as well as support in starting university studies, if they comply with the requirements Participants may submit their application only by email from March 15 to May 31, following the instructions in the application form and manual found at www.fondoguadalupemusalem.org. The results will be announced on June 27, 2022. The Guadalupe Musalem Fund encourages young Oaxacan women under the age of 20 who have finished or are about to finish junior high school to participate in this selection process that will provide them with great opportunities in fulfillingl their goals. We also invite teachers to motivate and accompany their students in submitting their applications, while also requesting the general public and the media´s support in disseminating the information about the scholarship program.
