WHY BRAND GUIDELINES?

The Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry's (FOI) brand is what people perceive, sense, feel and see when they see our name, logo, and interact with our content, marketing, media, speakers, and humanitarian efforts. Our brand is not just our logo but the reputation and impression left on others as we interact with our audience in person, online, and in print.

The FOI Brand Guide serves as a guide to help promote consistency of our brand regardless of where we are represented worldwide.

Not a list of restrictions, the intent is to set you up for success in your ministry. It is designed to outline the ministry’s brand visually and verbally while providing the tools necessary to ensure that FOI’s brand is communicated in a clear, consistent manner. It's also a tool to help make designing presentations and inviting others to join in on what God's doing at FOI easier!

Refer to this guide when developing marketing materials, communication strategies (i.e. email, social media post), and teaching tools (i.e. PPTs, handouts) on behalf of FOI.

PRIMARY LOGO

The Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry logo is the visual representation of the ministry. Comprised of the Star of David, the shape of the State of Israel, and the letters “FOI” inside the Star of David.

COLOR: The primary color for the logo is FOI Blue (see page 8). Black and white color options are acceptable alternatives when needed on occasion for contrast only.

SIZE: The minimum sizing is .5” (1.27 cm) high.

USAGE: In any circumstance where FOI is represented, the logo must be represented at least once. This is a great way for the viewer to connect that what they are looking at is associated with FOI. When using a darker background use the white version.

PRIMARY WORDMARK 5

The Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry wordmark (the full name of the ministry) visually represents the overall ministry brand. It includes the full name of the ministry and logo, with one exception, there is no “FOI” inside the Star of David when accompanying the full wordmark.

The Primary Wordmark uses a smaller version of the Star of David (note the two points closest to the “F” fit inside the “F” as opposed to outside of it.)

COLOR: See page 8. Please use FOI BLUE as first and best option. Choose white or black when the background color makes it necessary.

SIZE: The minimum sizing is 1.25” (3.175 cm) wide.

TAGLINE

Our tagline, Passion for God’s Word. Compassion for God’s Chosen People., speaks to both arms of our ministry; sharing biblical truth about Israel and the Messiah and bringing physical and spiritual comfort to the Jewish people.

It accompanies the full wordmark. The first letter in each statement is capitalized, with every word italicized.

Official Typography: To maintain brand consistency, the following typefaces have been selected to present a clean, readable, and professional look. Please Note: Arial is available in all languages.

Regular, Italic, Bold and Bold Italic are acceptable versions as fitting for emphasizing or impact.

Usage: Includes but is not limited to: appeals, communication on letterhead, any kind of direct communication with donors or constituents, digital presentations such as PPT, Google slides, etc.
