Innsamling av statistikk og prognoser Innovasjon Norge innhenter statistikk og prognoser fra våre medlemshavner på vegne av Cruise Norway. Cruise Norway distribuerer dette til relevante mottakere og media. Informasjon om antall anløp, passasjerer og nasjonalitet er viktig for at Cruise Norway skal kunne samle inn data og formidle dette videre.
Cruise Norway på Facebook Cruise Norway AS har etablert to sider på Facebook. En side som er åpen for alle og hvor vi oppfordrer alle våre medlemmer til å legge ut gladnyheter fra egen virksomhet. Den lukkede medlemssiden har som formål å skape et fora åpent kun for våre aksjonærer og samarbeidspartnere. Her kan man diskutere ulike tema og vi oppfordrer våre medlemmer til å benytte siden ved å legge ut informasjon og diskutere aktuelle problemstillinger. Flere rederirepresentanter liker vår åpne side, så det er fint om dere legger ut info på engelsk. Både den lukkede gruppen og den åpne siden videreføres i 2018.
Cruise Norways International News Cruise Norways Cruise News inneholder viktige nyheter fra Norge og distribueres til cruiserederier og internasjonal presse.. Vi oppfordrer derfor sterkt våre aksjonærer og samarbeidspartnere om å informere Cruise Norway om nyheter som skal formidles internasjonalt. Dette er en flott mulighet til gratis markedsføring. Cruise News inneholder alt fra kai-forbedringer, nye opplevelser og produktutvikling, til generelle nyheter fra det norske markedet.
Annonsering Cruise Norway har begrenset budsjett til annonsering og prioriterer annonsering i internasjonale media der vi oppnår best oppmerksomhet. Vi annonserer hovedsakelig for å markedsføre Norge som verdens beste naturbaserte cruisedestinasjon og vil fortsette med dette også i 2018.
Cruise Norways norske nyhetsbrev Cruise Norway sender ut nasjonalt nyhetsbrev 4-6 ganger per år til aksjonærer og samarbeidspartnere. Her informerer vi om kommende aktiviteter, påminnelser og andre forhold av intern interesse.
Media og kommunikasjon Strategiplanen for 2018-2020 beskriver en rekke tiltak for kommunikasjon mot spesifikke målgrupper.
www.cruise.norway.no www.cruise-norway.no oppdateres fortløpende, med unntak av ny havne-/destinasjonsinformasjon som oppdateres en gang per år, i januar/februar. Cruisekalenderen er et godt hjelpemiddel for rederiene i planleggingsarbeidet av cruise til Norge.
