It was a great surprise and a great honor. Saddii: Now that you have been crowned Miss Virtual DIva, what are your plans? Your goals? What would you like to see happen in your reign? Tryska: I’m not the kind of person who makes many plans. Things are going on and I am embracing them. What I expect during my reign is to be able to add up inside the organization. It will be a year of great responsibility and I hope to do it in the best way possible. Saddii: is there anything you can say to help aspiring Models out there to just go for their dreams? What advice would you offer them? Tryska: A modeling course is the first step. Be responsible and educated. Be aware that sometimes she will have to stop doing things in the rl to fulfill commitments assumed in sl. Being a model in SL will be your priority within the game. These are the main tips. Saddii: Some women, and even men don’t have the slightest clue of how to pursue a career in Modeling. Would you offer to be an ambassador to the men and women out there that want to become Models, join competitions? Tryska: Certainly. Why not? I think sharing knowledge is the best way to keep things going. Saddii: What are your plans after your reign? What other goals do you have for yourself within SL? Tryska: Like I said, I do not plan. I’d rather wait to see how things are going through the year. One thing is in my plans: learn how to work in photoshop lol Saddii: I want to thank you so very much Tryska for taking time to tell us about you, your feelings through this journey, and ones to come. Our readers thank you as well, as it is a great way to help others along a career path they may want to pursue in their futures as well. SL is a forever changing world, we never know what adventures awaits us right around the corner, or what we are capable of achieving when we set our minds and hearts to them. We here at Virtual Diva Magazine congratulate you on a fabulous win and your astonishing career thus far. We will be keeping our eyes on you. Thank you again, and may your SL be filled with many more journeys. Tryska: I thank you for this opportunity and this honor. I take the opportunity to tell all the people who want to follow a modeling career, that I am willing to clarify doubts and to help as well. Thank you.

The powerful earthquake that struck Mexico on Tuesday has killed more than 200 people, and more deaths are expected. Buildings collapsed across Mexico City, including a school where at least 30 students were believed to have been killed. Rescuers on Wednesday scrambled to dig out people trapped beneath rubble. Less than two weeks ago, the strongest earthquake to hit Mexico in a century killed at least 90 people and destroyed thousands of homes. In the aftermath of the earthquakes, New York Times readers have commented on articles and throughout social media requesting information on how to help victims. Here is a list of local and international organizations that are providing aid. Topos MĂŠxico is a nonprofit rescue brigade made up of volunteers that was created after a 1985 earthquake. The group posted to Twitter information on how to donate through PayPal and its bank accounts, and thanked people for their support. Mexican Red Cross has been accepting direct donations online and has set up an Amazon Wish List for necessary items. Direct Relief, a humanitarian aid organization, has staff members in Mexico City and has pledged that 100 percent of its donations will go directly to relief efforts, which it says will include facilitating the delivery of medical supplies to affected areas. GlobalGiving, a crowdfunding organization, has pledged that all money donated to its earthquake fund will go to recovery and relief efforts. Fondo Unido MĂŠxico, part of the United Way network, has created an emergency fund to help the areas affected by the earthquakes as well as the recent series of hurricanes.
