Cheltenham Change Conference led by Lives of Colour in partnership with Cheltenham Borough Council, community experts/members including organisations such as Cheltenham Welcomes Refugees, Pittville School, St. Johns Primary School, Gloucestershire Constabulary: Better Together Team, University of Gloucestershire and Cheltenham Literature Festivals got us working together.
We explored how best as a community we can be me more equitable and this directed us to form a new partnership and infrastructure organisation for our County which has been named Cheltenham Alliance for Race Equity.
Our document lists the ten action plans we will be working on to address equity, equality and inclusion in Cheltenham/Gloucestershire.
