當天文台懸掛暴雨或颱風警告訊號後本中心各項服務的應變如下:
When the rainstorm or typhoon warning signal is hoisted at the Observatory, the services of the center are as follows:
中心照常開放,活動照常舉行
centre will be opened as scheuduled , activities will remain normal
中心暫停開放,活動取消或延期舉行
centre will be closed , activities will be cancelled or rescheduled
備註 Remarks:
(1) 於早上7時正或之前除下/取消所有警告信號,上午活動照常
The signal is lowered at 7:00 or before , activities in am will remain normal
(2) 於早上11時正或之前除下/取消所有警告信號,下午活動照常
The signal is lowered at 11:00 or before , activities in pm will remain normal
(3) 於下午4 時正或之前除下/取消所有警告信號,晚間活動照常
The signal is lowered at 16:00 or before, activities in evening will remain normal











(4) 如活動進行期間懸掛黑色暴雨,參加者應留在安全地點
If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during the activitiy, for satety, all persons present should stay in safe places.

(5) 如活動進行期間懸掛8號或以上颱風,有關活動將立即暫停,並在安全情況下方讓參加者離開。

If the Signal No. 8 or above is issued during the activity, all the activities will be cancelled. The members should be arranged to go home
(6) 當8號或以上颱風或黑色暴雨警號除下,如情況許可,中心將於2小時內開放,如有任何查詢,請致電
Our centre will be opened as scheuduled after the signal is lowered within 2 hours. For enquiries, please feel free to contact us.
特別備註: 因颱風、暴雨或極端情況而取消的課堂,本中心將儘量安排補課,補課日期請留意中心通告 Cancelled fee-charging activities will be rescheduled, or the fees will be refunded. Please refer to the notice posted at centre.

標準 1 服務單位確保製備說明資料,清楚陳述其宗旨、目標和提供服務的形式,隨時讓 公眾索閱。
標準 2 服務單位應檢討及修訂有關服務提供方面的政策和程序。

標準 4 所有職員、管理人員、管理委員會和/或理事會或其他決策組織的職務及責任均有 清楚的界定。
標準 5 務單位/機構實施有效的職員招聘、簽訂職員合約、發展、訓練、評估、調派及紀 律處分守則。
標準 6 服務單位定期計劃、檢討及評估本身的表現,並制定有效的機制,讓服務使用者、 職員及其他關注的人士就服務單位的表現提出意見。

標準 14 服務單位尊重服務使用者保護私隱和保密的權利。
標準 15 每一位服務使用者及職員均有自由申訴其對機構或服務單位的不滿,而毋須憂慮遭 受責罰,所提出的申訴亦應得到處理。
標準 16 服務單位採取一切合理步驟,確保服務使用者免受侵犯。
Service Quality Standards (SQSs) and Criteria
SQS 1 : The service unit ensures that a clear description of its purpose, objectives and mode of service delivery is publicly available.
SQS 2 : The service unit should review and update the documented policies and procedures describing how it will approach key service delivery issues.
SQS 3: The service unit maintains accurate and current records of service operations and activities.
SQS 4: The roles and responsibilities of all staff, managers, the Management Committee and/or the Board or other decision making bodies should be clearly defined.
SQS 5: The service unit/agency implements effective staff recruitment, contracting, development, training, assessment, deployment and disciplinary practices.
SQS 6: The service unit regularly plans, reviews andevaluates its own performance, and has an effective mechanism by which service users, staff and other interested parties can provide feedback on its performance.
SQS 7: The service unit implements policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
SQS 8: The service unit complies with all relevant legal obligations.
SQS 9: The service unit takes all reasonable steps to ensure that it provides a safe physical environment for its staff and service users.
SQS10: The service unit ensures that service users have clear and accurate information about how to enter and leave the service.
SQS11: The service unit has a planned approach to assessing and meeting service users’ needs (whether the service user is an individual, family, group or community).
SQS12: The service unit respects the service users' right to make informed choices of the service they received as far as practicable.
SQS13: The service unit respects the service users’ right in relation to private property.
SQS14: The service unit respects the service users’ rights for privacy and confidentiality.
SQS15: Each service user and staff member is free to raise and have addressed, without fear of retribution, any complaints he or she may have regarding the agency or the service unit.
SQS16: The service unit takes all reasonable steps to ensure that service users are free from abuse.
申請人必須為殘疾或特殊需要人士的家屬或照顧者,包括少數族裔人士的家庭。 (如子女為特 殊學習需要、自閉症、專注力不足、智障、精神康復、肢體傷殘或視聽障礙等)
服務宗旨及目標
為不同類別的殘疾或特殊需要人士(特殊學習需要、智障、精神康復、肢體傷殘、視聽障礙等) 的家長/親屬/照顧者提供社區支援,認識如何照顧有殘疾或成長困難的家庭成員,互相交流 經驗及彼此支持,鞏固家庭關係,紓緩照顧壓力,並協助家屬認識及連結社區資源。
申請方法
- 可透過自行向本中心申請或由服務機構轉介成為中心會員。
- 申請者需出示有效身分證明文件及受照顧者之殘疾或特殊需要證明文件以作申請。
- 會籍以家庭為單位,成為會員後可享用中心服務,包括報名參加本中心 小組/活動。會籍為一年期。
終止及退出服務
會籍屆滿後,會員服務將自動終止。屆時會員可辦理續會手續,繼續 使用中心服務。會員若希望在會籍屆滿前退出服務,可與本中心聯絡。

豁免費用至31/3/2024
$21 (由1/4/2024起)
Target Users
Parents, relatives and caretakers of persons with disabilities, including ethnic minority families.
Objectives
To provide professional support services for parents/relatives/caretakers of persons with disabilities(such as special educational needs, Intellectual disability, mental rehabilitation, physical disability, audiovisual impairment, etc), Through the programmes and mutual support, parents/relatives/caretakers will be able to
- learn how to take care of family members with disabilities
- strengthen the function of family
- cope with difficulties and pressure
- connect with community resources

Application Procedures
- Target users are welcome to join the membership at our centre in person or are referred by other service units.
- Applicants must present valid identification documents and proof of disability or special needs of the care recipients for application.
- Membership is based on a family unit. After becoming a member, you can enjoy center services, including signing up for group/activities at this center. Membership is valid for one year.
Membership Withdrawal
Non-renewal of membership upon its expiration will result in cancellation of the membership. Membership may also be terminated on request. Please contact our service manager for details.
Membership Fee
Family Membership fee is $21 per year (Waive of membership fee until 31 March 2024)
