Strategic investment consultancy Our approach to Strategic Investment Consultancy includes: • Reviewing the asset/portfolio to assess its potential performance against defined strategic goals – such as advising on the optimum ‘hold’ periods of each property, risk profile and the resulting asset management strategy • Assessing the extent to which external factors could impact the asset’s/portfolio’s future value/performance and/or potential liabilities – such as impending carbon related legislation

• Providing clients with costed recommendations to address identified potential issues in order to futureproof their asset/portfolio. • Providing clients with guidance on property development and investment finance options.
