Pilot won’t form new party:Dotasra

PCC president Govind Singh Dotasra on Saturday said that former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot will not form any new party.

“Sachin Pilot will not form any party, it is only imaginary. We all will contest the elections together and our government will be repeated.

BJP says that this government will be deleted, but we will break the record and repeat the government. The public will bless us again and we will serve the people by forming the government again,” PCC president Dotasra said while speaking to the media.

A new concept of developing market on one plot, on the lines of Chandigarh, is being implemented in the cities of the state, wherein Shop cum Residence (SCR) / Shop cum Office (SCO) concept is being implemented. Provisions have been made in the applicable building regulations so that small shops, showrooms can be made on the same commercial plot together with residential units. Construction can be done in up to 40% area of the plot with zero setback on the small plots created. It will be necessary to develop parking on 30% of the total land while 10% will have to be left for plots of small shops and upto 3 floors can be built on these plots.

Amid increasing controversy over a ruckus in a government programme in Ajmer, PCC vice president Naseem Akhtar Insaaf met former deputy CM Sachin Pilot and presented her side.

Akhtar, her husband and son have been named in an FIR after they allegedly created ruckus in the programme of Gandhi Darshan Samiti in Ajmer.

Ajmer dairy chairman Ramchandra Chaudhary said that Naseem’s husband has amassed huge wealth and an inquiry by the ACB should be started. After the case was registered, Akhtar’s supporters had leveled allegations against RTDC chairman Dharmendra Rathore. Gopal Baheti and others have condemned the incident.
