Set up: after 1pm on Monday, February 10. We ask that vendors break down after 1pm on Wednesday, February 12.
Shipping materials: If you would like to ship your booth materials to the conference, please email tricia@vealco com for instructions (Please do not ship anything to the hotel They do not have a dedicated space for holding shipments and therefore causes some issue in locating them.) Return shipments must have a prepaid UPS shipping label attached to the packages.

To accommodate the growing number of interested vendors, our booth spaces are 6x6'. Your space will include a table, two chairs, table skirting, and drapes/pipes.

All booths allow for one personnel lunch ticket each day. Additional lunch tickets for booth personnel are available for $25 each.
Electricity can be added to your booth for an additional $50
Reserve an outside apparatus space for $200, Additional apparatus spots can be purchased for $100 each
