Discouraging backlanes dictated for sole use of services alienating the shoplots on the perimeter and the subspaces of the city center. Lazy frontages hampered the user’s interaction with the built form and thus creating a dull atmosphere in the city center. Enclosed space designated surrounding the prominent Petaling Jaya City Council’s tower as oppose to giving the sense of belonging, safety and self-consciousness for the passersby, highlighting the territoriality and authoritarian in term of planning, while engulfed in the vehicular’s waves throughout the day.
The proposal aimed to address to these ground floor human-design issues around the vicinity of Petaling Jaya Tower’s Square in order to redesign towards achieving the vibrant environment around.

Creative sector plays a significant role in economic growth, job creation, cultural expression, and social innovation. It contributes to the economy through the generation of intellectual property, exports, tourism, and the creation of employment opportunities. Additionally, it has a cultural impact by reflecting and shaping society's values, traditions, and identity.
On the other hand, energy sector has become an integral part of our lives. From communication technologies to business, healthcare to education, transportation to entertainment, energy is pivotal source in shaping and transforming various aspects of society.
