Mary Wright

Mary Wright is a singer, writer, poet, songwriter and mother of four beautiful children. Mary’s accomplishments not only embody raising four children, as a single mother, but also include: Voice and Music Theory at the Royal Conservatory of Music; acting in theatre and films; self-publishing three poetry chap books, “Poetry By Mary Wright”; a songbook, “The Shadow”; a novel, “Healing The Spirit Inside Out” (2001); released a CD, The Shadow (2002); and a children’s book, “How Miriam Met Her Shadow” in the Spring of 2004. During 2003 to 2018, Mary performed her songs, read her poetry and children’s book at various venues across Canada; contributed her writings to the Atkinson Poetry Club’s yearly poetry book, “A View On The Garden”; became an Associate Director of WIAProjects; a speaker/panellist at the International Black Women of Congress Conference held in Toronto; spoke at the 2nd Annual Health Disparity Conference in the Teachers College at Columbia University in New York; joined The Alliance for A Poverty Free Toronto (APT), a sub-committee of Social Planning Toronto; showcased her fine artwork with CWSE at OISE and at the Jamaican Canadian Association; and the list goes on…. Always curious and continuously learning, Mary intends to continue sharing her experiences through the written and fine arts.

THE DISTRACTED TRUTH It has been nearly three years of incredible plandemic and post-plandemic insanity. We are in wars, not just for and against our physical lives and innate birth-rights, but also our commonsense and rationale – Truth. My daughter, Cheryl, and I watched a movie, “Escape Plan,” (2013), starring Arnold Schwartzenger and Sylvester Stallone on Netflix. I noticed that Cheryl became fixated on one of the lines that Supporting Actor, Sam Neill, portraying a prison doctor, spoke: “Doctors are men, who prescribe medicines of which they know little about to cure diseases of which they know less of, and often of which they know nothing at all.” The truth is and always has been, and in plain sight! Had the Covid plandemic not happen, the 33% of people, let’s say, “the Divergent Minority”, would not have taken our heads out of the proverbial sand, or raised our voices or taken action to wake ourselves and others up to the fact that we have allowed the so-called, self-entitled elites, the “Sensible Minority”, and their agents to manipulate, suppress and control the truth, and feed us their version of it. Since the late 18th century, these so-called elites, the “Sensible Minority”, have created weapons of systemic propaganda using status, fame, certifications and the advancements in technologies to dupe the “Distracted Ignorant Fools” they consider us to be. We the people, so-called, “Distracted Ignorant Fools,” have allowed and are still allowing our commonsense and rationale (Truth) to dwindle, in exchange for the ease and comforts of apathy and complacency, which now threatens our lives and natural existence. In the meantime, we the people are being fleeced. We have allowed man’s designed norms (antinature/anti-life) and associated conducts, camouflaged in good, the license to turn lies into truths and truths into lies for whatever amount of self-preservation, ease and comforts we can accumulate. While the true Heroes, the givers and protectors of life, who have risked and are taking the risk to loose their reputations, livelihoods, and even their lives to warn us, windup standing alone. What truths do ease and comfort seeking, self-preserving, apathetic, complicit and complacent people have a right to? The majority of us have severe and irreversible Stockholm syndrome preventing us from seeing the truth, hearing the truth, or speaking the truth. We weigh it against something we feel threatened to loose for not complying with the very same agents of the “Sensible Minority” we vote into power or crown as our leaders. During the late 70’s through 90’s, I participated in conferences hosted by the Caribbean Student Association at York University. Outsiders, like me, who were not students, were given the opportunity to attend. There was so much at the time to take in and learn about the Laws and Principles of Maat. I had no idea such a thing existed. I only knew of the various Abrahamisms: Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Bhai, etc. religions. Attending these conferences opened my spiritual eyes to recognize and realize that all the other religions came out of the Laws and Principles of Maat, which came out of Egypt. Those books were so informative about who we were and where we came from. The Caribbean Students Association would often invite guest speakers, who were professors and doctors from the USA, or ordinary men and women who travelled to Africa and published books on their experiences. The association would offer meetings to discuss what each of us had learned from the conferences or lectures. On one such occasion, two things happened. One of the male students came to the meeting crying. Naturally, we asked him, “What was wrong?” He explained that his professor accused him of plagiarism and was threatening to fail him because he wrote his final paper on the Laws and Principles of Maat. He also mentioned that the books that he read for the course over the past four years were all lies. Upon review of his document by another professor, there was no plagiarism to be found. The young man was calmed and the group continued on with the initial discussions on the Laws and Principles of Maat. Shortly after, a white man walked into the meeting room and took a seat close to the door. As we were asking the questions each of us had about the Laws and Principles of Maat, the man joined in the conversation and spoke about the Holocaust. It was most likely due to bewilderment at the time that no one spoke until he had left the room. Many other occurrences, such as the one with the man at York University’s Caribbean Students Association’s meeting, took place. During 2004 to 2005, I witnessed and said nothing when the Holocaust story always came up at various universities where I went to speak and promote my book, “Healing the Spirit: Inside Out.” It was when I started to participate more often at the Women’s Centre at OISE at the University of Toronto that I realized the disruptive pattern was by design, especially when the speaker was of Indigenous African or non-white descent. Every time, and I mean every time a conference or talk was presented and the speaker was not white, a group of white women would interrupt to champion the Holocaust story which had nothing to do with the subject matter of the conferences or talks. An African American Professor was invited by The Women’s Centre to speak about growing up in America, the church, becoming an educator and taking time-off to go to Africa. Her first stop was South Africa. When she began to speak about slavery at the conference, these two white women started asking, “What about the Holocaust?” I could not pretend anymore and found the courage to stand up to say loudly, “Would you stop interrupting! What she is talking about has nothing to do with the Holocaust!” In 2015 or 2016, the UN Conference was held at OISE. A delegation of young Indigenous women from all over the African continent was brought in to participate as speakers. One of the young women, who was from Ethiopia and completing her PHD in Italy, spoke of the mutilation of the young girls in all the small villages in Africa. Another of the young speakers stood up and said to the entire assembly, “That is not true what she is talking about! It is a lie!” The young woman, who spoke out was supposed to have spent a week in Toronto after the conference that ran from Friday to Sunday. I ran into this young woman at the RBC bank machine at OISE. She told me that the UN conference organizers had banned her from participating in the rest of the conference because she spoke out, and had arranged her flight back to the country she came from in Africa by the Tuesday of the coming week. I have a good friend, who would always tell me stories about Truth and Lie. One of those stories went something like this: Truth and Lie lived in a village. One day they both went to the river to take a bath. While Truth bathed in the river and was not paying attention, Lie slipped out of the river and put on Truth’s clothes. Lie went back into the village. The villagers asked Lie, “Where is Truth?” Lie told the villagers that Truth is naked. Lie has been controlling the world from century to century, and generations to generations. The rightful information has been hidden from us by the Greco-Roman ideologies and its Revisionist histories; through the churches and their bibles, the newspapers, training institutions, social, economics, radio, television, and now through social media utilizing our computers, iPads, androids and iPhones connected to the worldwide web – The Internet. We have sold our souls and inner connection with the Creator (Nature) for the outside five sensed and short-lived pleasures that the agents of Lie have to offer. The majority of us have loss or are losing our relationship with Truth. We are one of the highest forms created on the planet of which the Creator expresses and manifests itself. It set in motion within us a wondrous process that ensures our species goes forth and multiply. The female, a natural woman, has the greatest role in this process of creation that no man or men can lay claim to, no matter how many of us go along with the latest corruption of the truth that has been inspired and stamped in approval by the “Sensible Minority” and their agents. These so-called elites have been and are currently becoming more insane in their absurd and twisted attempts to destroy the natural woman, and the natural child. In essence, humanity. We do not have the right to truthful information. Truth is and has always been there. Most of us are too afraid to see, hear or speak of the naked Truth, even when things make no rational sense. We do not have the right to truthful information because we have the freedom to choose the truth, but not the right to ignore it. Rights in essence are man-made delusions or dilutions of the Natural Law, and its Truth. The so-called elites, “Sensible Minority,” who, out of lust and greed for power on all sorts of perverted levels, have invaded, murdered and colonized other nations. They truly have no special rights, status or claims in anyway shape or form to anyone or thing that they did not ‘originally’ create on this earth. The creation of another human being is not ownership, rather caretaker ship, represented as female and male (Ying and Yang) energies to give that child a tangible expression of Nature’s true, loving balance. Truth and Lie are and have been at war from the beginning of the story of our human existence. One of the greatest lies is that Truth is a right. Same as we wake, eat, talk, walk, run, jump, laugh, breathe and sleep freely and naturally, without strings or some object connected to us, and when man has not interfered, so is the Truth in plain sight. It is naturally given to us and functions from the inside out, as a part of our “Will.” As the Creator of the universe (Nature) is Life and Truth, so am I life and I am truth. The moment we realize this, Truth is always there to set us free.
