Seller Insight We bought the house from new in June 2020 and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We love the semi-rural location as well as the peace and tranquility that the penultimate plot location has given us. There is a real sense of community in the neighbourhood, our neighbours are kind and dependable and it’s been great to live in such a safe area that is so child and pet friendly. We love how well connected the property is to both city life through the excellent transport links to London and the hugely characteristic and vibrant Tunbridge Wells town centre and Pantiles, as well as being just a stone’s throw from such a rich array of beautiful countryside walks. The layout of the property has worked so well for us with the various entertainment spaces, working from home provision and three en suites. We love how light and bright the house is as a result of the feature windows on the staircases and French and bi-fold doors. The property is a really fun and functional property to host guests in and the layout just works really well for day-to-day living.
