What is your favourite room of the house and why?

We have three favourite rooms, the kitchen as family central, the dining room for multitasking as an entertainment space, spacious work and hobby zone, and the sitting room for relaxing at any time. All are light and airy with dual aspects and wonderful views.

Who do you think would be the next ideal owner?

The house is ideal for a family who enjoy the freedom of lots of outdoor space.

What do you love most about the house and why?

Sunny and light with fantastic views. Very convenient and accessible position.

What do you love about the local community?

Small village community that revolves around the school, church and pub.

How easy is it to commute from here?

Commuting is very easy with junction 15 of the M4 5 minutes drive away. Swindon, Great Bedwyn, Hungerford and Pewsey railway stations all within 20-30 minutes drive. Regular bus service to Swindon and Marlborough. Excellent cycle path that allows traffic free riding to Swindon and Marlborough. We both commuted to work along the track. The Ridgeway long distance path runs through the village.

The Marlborough Downs, Savernake Forest, The West Woods, Avebury stone circle, Barbury Castle and many other beauty spots are within easy reach.
