The Horseshoes pub in Rennington village (1 mile) serves excellent food and is very popular with the locals.

Local primary schools are in Ellingham (5 miles) or in Alnwick. There are many golf courses in the area, including Alnwick, Alnmouth and Embleton, to name just a few. Transport links are excellent, with convenient access to the A1, approximately 1 mile away. Rail travel to Newcastle, Edinburgh, London and beyond is via Alnmouth’s mainline station.
