A UNIQUELY AND SKILLFULLY EXTENDED TRADITIONAL COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF HENFIELD BENEFITTING FROM THREE GENEROUSLY-SIZED BEDROOMS, A PRIVATE COURTYARD GARDEN, CHARMING ORIGINAL FEATURES AND A SPECTACULAR MODERN KITCHEN/LIVING AREA.

Weavers cottage provides a luxurious and cosy atmosphere yet at the same time mastering a sleek, modern finish. Throughout the property are classic original features mixed with elegant contemporary touches creating an impressive home.

Arranged over three floors, the property consists of a delightful open plan kitchen and living space, a second reception room, considerable storage space and a downstairs WC. Upstairs, there are two well-lit bedrooms, a family bathroom and a private staircase leading to the third bedroom/study.

Set in a classic village location, Weavers Cottage boasts a picturesque exterior with its white stone walls, navy horizontal slatted gates leading to a private entrance with a charming red front door.

Upon entering, the stone tiled hallway leads to all rooms on the ground floor as well as hosting a large cupboard, useful for storing outdoor coats and shoes. Under the stairs, a collection of shelves provides subtle but handy extra storage.

The bright TV lounge, with its carefully designed deep blue colour scheme is the home of a lovely open fireplace. This relaxing space is the perfect location to wind down in the evenings with an enjoyable book or a Netflix series.

Occupying a substantial portion of the ground floor is the large open plan kitchen/living space with underfloor heating throughout, double-glazed windows as well as three large Velux windows which provide ample natural light, angled to catch south facing sun and are automatic with remote control and rain detectors. The elegant brass features compliment sleek white quarts countertops adding to the beauty of this kitchen which was renovated in recent years as part of the extension. A private space in the corner currently hosts an eight-seater dining table, leading into a large open space- perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing on the sofa whilst the sun beams through the gloss black-rimmed patio doors. A separate WC with reclaimed-wood panels completes the ground floor of this delightful cottage.

The staircase leads to two well-sized bedrooms with ample storage and a family bathroom with double glazed windows in each. The sophisticatedly designed bathroom with designer metro tiles and reclaimed wood panels which take the spirit of the cottage is fully equipped with a bathtub and separate shower.

A private staircase leads to the top floor bedroom which is currently being used as a study. Its Velux ceiling windows are strategically south facing in order to maximise sunlight throughout the room.

The sleek glass doors of the kitchen-diner fold back to reveal a peaceful courtyard garden, providing the perfect spot for enjoying a bite to eat on a summers evening.
