We fell in love with this house with its stunning views and homely feel in 2000. We have only been the third family to live in this house since it was built in the 1930’s. It has been a perfect family home, recently modernised to open up the kitchen and living space for entertaining and the new master bedroom has dual aspect spectacular views, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. We were keen to keep some of the original features in the modernisation which included stained glass windows and the oak staircase. Our summer house with its leaded roof, is reminiscent of the Royal Pavillion and has been ideal for pre-dinner drinks and for our daughters socialising with their friends. We also have many treasured moments watching fireworks light the whole of Brighton’s skies on New Years Eve and November 5th and celebrating with neighbours and friends. We will miss the stunning views, garden and our home and hope the new owners will enjoy them for years to come too.”*
