FIVE This is the Word which has the key that allows us to get to know our world, both the world that surrounds us and the more distant reality. FIVE comprises our five senses: taste, smell, touch, hearing and sight. Through them and from an early age all of us, regardless of our origin, build our knowledge at a personal and a collective level. At the same time, we form our identity as individuals and as members of our community. In our memory remain the smells of our childhood like the sea, the wet soil… lullabies and child games… the taste of just made bread… the softness of our mother's touch… the images of our first books…. As time goes by we widen all these experiences and share them with other people and other countries. As a consequence, we realize that the little things of our daily life bring us closer, together, more than they separate us. In these lines and on the following pages, FIVE project proposes to share all our experiences and expect to live new ones. Pablo Berrozpe (General coordinator of the project)
