Title of the Ol路der.-This Order shall be known as the Divorce Law. SEC. 2. Grounds for divol路ce.-A civil action for divorce may be brought by either spouse in a proper court of justice on any of the following grounds: 1. Adultery on the part of the wife or concubinage on the part of the husband committed under any of the forms described in the Revised Penal Code.
