MOST EFFECTIVE STREET FIGHTING TECHNIQUES Street fighting is unlike any of the fights you see in movies and TV shows. It's brutal and anything goes. Knowing the right street fighting techniques can make the difference between life and death. If you go into a street fight thinking that you will be able to use fancy techniques to inflict some damage then you are wrong. Many people end up on the receiving end of a street fight because they are unaware that the other person can use anything to their advantage to inflict damage on them. Keeping defense, efficiency and speed in mind, here are some of the most effective street fighting techniques.

ELBOW AND KNEE STRIKES Elbow and knee strikes are among the most effective street fighting techniques. Both elbows and knees can generate a lot of power with the strikes and there are many ways to use them. Elbows are used to deliver a quick and a very effective strike without damaging yourself too much. Knee strikes are also highly effective as they can bring down the biggest of people in an instant. Both these techniques are explosive and include the element of surprise. This report template is complete with Styles for a Table of Contents and an Index. have any training then your fist will probably not do as much damage. The different types of effective strikes include: Open palm heel strike - The open palm heel strike is used to inflict some major damage on a person's nose or chin. The most effective open palm strike enables you to knock out the person in an instant. For best results the strike should be delivered at a 45 degree angle keeping the hips and the feet in the direction of the strike. Outline of hand strike - Many of you may know this technique in the form of a karate chop. Using the edge of your hand you can deliver a horizontal strike on a person's neck or throat. This technique can inflict some major damage and can also be fatal. Striking with the web of your hand - Surprising as it may sound, the web of your hand can also be used to deliver a knockout blow to your opponent. This strike is delivered with a stiff hand and the palm facing downwards.

KICKING A lot of people try to use fancy kicks and end up hurting themselves more than they do their opponents. There are many different types of kicks that are used to instantly end a fight. While many people try to kick high, low kicks are also very effective in ending fights quickly. Low kicks are used to take out the legs of a person, at the same time low kicks directed towards the thighs, knees or shins of opponents can also be highly effective. Only use a high kick if you are confident that it will connect else it may just land you in some trouble.
