In most cases the NVC is unable to confirm they have received a case as they get it process it and send it on before receipt can even be verified. The third and final step of the fiance visa timeline is the most important and crucial part of the process, setting up and conducting the interview. This phase of the process varies from country to country but currently has ranged from 4 to 8 weeks when handled by an experienced fiancee visa attorney.
