It will be three days on which it will be able to attend to a high-level conferences. Recognized experts in the matter will expose ideas about the topic in the Congress Centre of Andorra la Vella.

WELCOME COCKTAIL Historical center and General Council The green light is on to 68th FIABCI World Congress. The historical center of Andorra la Vella has been the place chosen by FIABCI Andorra to welcome the attendees of the event. The official speeches have been in charge of the President of the Andorran Parliament, Vicenç Mateu, the Mayor of Andorra la Vella, Conxita Marsol, the Minister of Tourism and Commerce, Francesc Camp, the FIABCI Andorra president, Jordi Ribó and the current Fabci International president, Kirkor Ajderhanyan. All of them were in agreement to highlight the relevance of this event for Andorra. Moreover, it is worth to make the point made by Kirkor Ajderhanyan who has praised the understanding that has been with the organization and has put the spotlight in the great capacity of the country to host this event. The ceremony is being held in outdoors. After the official speeches, the attendees have been able to enjoy a cocktail in an unprecedented event: the whole historical centre of the city have become a single place, where the attendees enjoyed a wonderful evening.

Among the events carried out, we would like to emphasise the show of the "Castellers of Andorra" (Human Towers), as well as the representation of traditional Andorran dances, and the Giants. In addition, the participants have been able to eat and drink the traditional dishes of the Principality of Andorra. The attendees, who come from more that 45 different countries, have shown their gratitude by this friendly welcome.

INTERVIEWS JORDI RIBÓ, FIABCI ANDORRA The FIABCI ANDORRA president has outstood the organisational challenge that has meant moving so many people to Andorra. "We are a small country with plenty of possibilities and we are demonstrating it." About the welcome and the sensations that the public is having of the Congress, Ribó has described it as excellent. The first three days of the Congress has been amazing, the visitors did not know the country and now they have an idea of what it is. I also believe that the image of the country will be strengthened.
FAROOK MAHMOOD, WORLD PRESIDENT FIABCI 2017-18 The upcoming president of FIABCI International has highlighted the singularity of the country. "Andorra is particularly surprising for its hospitality because there is a lot of talent and talking about tourism it's incomparable". The country is amazing and I would highlight its beauty, the amazing mountains and its hospitality. Furthermore, Mr. Mahmood has said that Andorra is a perfect place to make investments and added that he "believes that it's a country with a bright future". Finally, he also said that he recommends the country to every people.

INTERVIEWS FRANCESC CAMP, MINISTER OF TOURISM AND COMMERCE. ANDORRAN GOVERNMENT. The minister highlighted that the Congress "is a great opportunity becouse the real estate industry is one of the most important of Andorran economy, "The real estate agents, have to take it as a great opportunity to build new contacts and attract new customers interested in investing. Positive links are going to be established besides new relations for the industry". About the Congress, Camp said that it has been an organisational challenge because it is not so obvious to travel to Andorra. "We do not have airports like other countries or cities but yet people has responded and there been many people from all continents."

SOCIAL EVENTS UNESCO TOUR Vall del Madriu: declared UNESCO Heritage of Mankind in 2004. It's a unique natural and cultural area accessible from several points. The cultural landscape of Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley offers a microcosmic perspective of the way people have harvested the resources of the high Pyrenees over millennia. Its dramatic glacial landscapes of craggy cliffs and glaciers, with high open pastures and steep wooded valleys, covers an area of 4,247 ha, 9% of the total area of the principality. It reflects past changes in climate, economic fortune and social systems, as well as the persistence of pastoralism and a strong mountain culture, notably the survival of a communal land-ownership system dating back to the 13th century. The site features houses, notably summer settlements, terraced fields, stone tracks and evidence of iron smelting. The Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley has a large variety of animal species including chamois, roe deer, mouflons, wild boars, foxes, marmots, pine martens and squirrels.
