Dental Bleaching Dental bleaching consists of a conservative procedure3,4,5 that allows patients to have whiter teeth, disregarding the need for a restorative or prosthetic approach. The treatment is available in two versions: in-office or at-home supervised bleaching. Whiteness HP Blue Hydrogen Peroxide at 35% for in office bleaching.
Simple to use and effective Whiteness HP Blue is designed to allow in-office procedures to be more convenient and comfortable, providing the usual quality and effectiveness of the Whiteness line of products. The product is based on hydrogen peroxide at 35%, available in two phases (hydrogen peroxide and thickener), separated by syringes that are coupled and mixed prior to applications. The content of the syringes are pre-dosed, and present enough product to bleach both arches per session. As the pH maintains alkaline during the whole session, there is no need for changing the gel.

In-office Bleaching Technique Whiteness HP Maxx Protocol Author: Jorge EustĂĄquio
1. Patient´s smile before bleaching.
2. Recording the initial tooth shade with a shade guide.
3. Intraoral view after placement of the lip, cheek and tongue retractor (Arch Flex-FGM).
4. Starting the application of light-curing gingival barrier using the syringe with an application tip.
5. The correct proportion is 3:1 (3 drops of hydrogen peroxide to 1 drop of thickener).
6. The thickener phase should be shaken vigorously before using it.
7. Manipulate vigorously until a viscous and firm gel is formed.
8. Application of Whiteness HP Maxx gel after mixing. Three sessions were performed, each with 3 applications of 15 minutes of the gel.
9. Removing the product with disposable surgical aspirator.
10. After aspiration of the whitening gel, the gingival barrier is removed in one piece.
11. Final color achieved: B1 (Vita shade guide).

Whiteness super-endo Whiteness Super Endo is a dental bleaching gel based on carbamide peroxide at 37% for non-vital darkened teeth. The product is ready to use and should be applied according to the walking bleach technique inside the pulp chamber. Effective and safe Whiteness Perborato is a dental bleaching gel to be used in non-vital discolored teeth according to the walking bleach protocol, inside the pulp chamber. The product is available in powder and liquid in separate phases and can be prepared in two proportions for versatile viscosity.
SAFETY Neutral pH: when mixing the phases (sodium perborate + hydrogen peroxide 20%), the product has a neutral pH if alkaline pH is desired, the mixing can be performed with distilled water or saline solution instead of hydrogen peroxide.
CONVENIENCE Mixing is easier since the product is available in fine-grained powder. Walking bleach technique: easily inserted into pulp chamber offering two viscosities according to each case.
