_xààxÜ yÜÉÅ Xw|àÉÜ ‘Tis SPRING! Even if the calendar doesn’t officially say it yet, the weather and my mentality are sure saying it! I am in deep spring cleaning mode! I’m purging my garden, my house, my *gasp* closet and *BIGGER gasp* my make-up boxes (yes, plural!). Spring cleaning and streamlining all of those tangibles definitely makes a happier person, but I’ve started spring-cleaning ME as well. Looking internally I’ve seen what “garments” I’ve been holding onto for way too long and it’s time to purge my mind as well. I’m in the process of letting go those things and people that do not truly make me happy. I want to surround myself with positive people and things that give me pleasure. As our awesome RD Julie said in her letter, “sip that chardonnay with a girlfriend”, I fully intend to start doing more of just that. In fact, as she is currently living up her vacation in the Caribbean, I’m packing for a much needed girlfriends’ trip to the desert and intend to lie about the pool the ENTIRE time!
