General Information FIS-Regulations: The FIS-regulations are to be abided by on all the slopes. Reimbursement: In the event of skiing accidents, reimbursements are available for multiday ski passes. Such reimbursement is only possible in the event of injury and requires attestation from a physician! The number of days the ski pass has been used will be calculated based on and will include the day the pass was issued and the day it is returned. Important: with respect to cash compensation, the important date is that upon which the pass was returned to the ticket office, not when the actual accident happened. No reimbursement is permitted for non-use of the ski pass due to inclement weather, avalanche danger, illness, early departure, non-operation of certain lifts, closure of particular slopes or premature cessation of lift operations. The ski-pass holder is not entitled to replacement of the pass In the event that it is either lost or blocked. Special rules pertain to season passes. Ticket exchange: Transferring the lift ticket to another person, the subsequent exchange for another ticket, or the alteration of the validity is not allowed. Hours of operation: The hours of operation of the gondola and lifts are posted on the sign found at the base station. Transportation stipulations: Children below the age of 6 will only be transported on all chair lifts and T-bars with an accompanying person. Children cannot be transported on the chair lifts or T-bars while in a pouch fasten to the back or chest. Please refer to the fare schedules and transportation provisions of the individual ski areas or lift businesses! Unauthorized use regulation: Any misuse results in the cancellation of the lift ticket and can result in a fine. We can also bring on charges. Please act as following should you encounter an injured skier on the slopes: Isolate the scene of the injury - apply first aid – inform the rescue team as soon as possible, give the location (slope description/number) and a description of the injury. All ski lift stations are reporting centres. Damage Claims: Skiers who suffer damages caused by the lift company, must report this matter on the same day to the lift manager or at the ticket office. The lift companies accept no liability for any stolen property. Forestry law § 33: Skiing in forest plantations is strictly forbidden.
