Princess Cruises Lisa Jensen ~ Manager, Caribbean and Atlantic Shore Operations Lisa Jensen first came to Princess Cruises as an intern from the University of Florida in 1998. After graduation, she worked in the Caribbean & Atlantic Shore Operations department for the next two and a half years before pursuing other career moves. She rejoined Princess in 2003 as a Logistics/Shore Excursion Coordinator and then became a Shore Excursion Specialist the following year. In 2008, Lisa was promoted to her current position as Manager of Shore Operations. She is responsible for overseeing the development, setup, daily operation, and continual assessment of the tour program in approximately 60 active ports throughout the Caribbean, Panama Canal, Mexico and Canada & New England regions.

Anthony H. Kaufman ~ Senior Vice President, Commercial Affairs As Princess Cruises’ Senior Vice President of Commercial Affairs, Tony has a broad commercial role that includes leading the Shore Operations and Onboard Revenue departments as well as managing various complex commercial transactions. He oversees shore excursion, port and passenger logistics operations in the more than 300 ports where Princess ships sail, as well the retail shops, photography, spa, casino operations and the provision of a number of other products and services on board the vessels. Tony joined Princess Cruises in 1993 and previously served as General Counsel of P&O Princess Cruises plc prior to the acquisition by Carnival Corporation. Tony received his B.A. degree in Communication Studies from UCLA his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. Born in London, England, Tony resides in the Los Angeles area with his wife Lisa and their two children, Trevor and Amanda.

Crystal Morgan ~ Director, Market Planning, Deployments & Itineraries As the Director of Market Planning for Princess Cruises, Crystal is responsible for the strategic deployment and itinerary planning for Princess Cruises’ fleet of 17 vessels. In this role, Crystal calls on over 15 years of cruise industry experience including 8 years as an onboard Shore Excursion Manager. Prior to joining the Market Planning department, Crystal worked within Princess’ Shore Operations group planning worldwide Shore Excursion and Logistics programs. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Stephen A. Nielsen ~ Vice President, Caribbean & Atlantic Shore Operations, Steve Nielsen is a 44-year veteran of Princess Cruises, having joined the company in 1969 as a Marine Operations Assistant. His current responsibilities as Vice President of Caribbean and Atlantic Shore Operations include managing the companies shore excursions, port operations, passenger logistics and government relations in the 40 plus ports that Princess calls at in the Caribbean and Atlantic. Steve is a member of the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association’s Executive Committee, serves on the Caribbean Tourism Organization’s Board of Directors, Seafarer’s House Board of Directors and Port Everglades Association’s Board of Directors. Mr. Nielsen resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with his wife Dorine and their son Arne.
