CITY CLERK / DEPUTY CLERK ANNE BARKSDALE Meetings: Attended Piedmont Fayette Wellness Center Ribbon Cutting on 10/24. Projects: Sent out notice for State Farm Ribbon Cutting on 10/22; Working on final Performance Management information for City Clerk to submit to City Manager; Completed GovDeals Online Auction for Fire Dept. and working on GovDeals Online Auction for Police Department to begin in November; Set up Electronic Recycling/ Shred Day for 11/6 at City Hall (9am-noon). Open Records Requests: 5

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY KELVIN JOINER Work orders: 38 new; 42 closed. Projects: Continuing to work on a list of technology needs for the New City Hall building; Replaced customer service camera; Attended a forms meeting with Finance; Conducted phone system demonstration.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BRIAN WISMER Economic Development: Met with owner/developer of new DePoe building to discuss available financing and incentives; Extensive research and development of small business incentives to offer in the downtown district; Offered critique of 6th grade STEAM projects at Flat Rock Middle School; Worked with GIS dept to complete a map of the Tax Allocation District for the Fayette County Development Authority website interface. Main Street: Final preparations for The Great Pumpkin Festival event on 10/26, cancelled due to rain; new event scheduled for 11/15 (Beaver Moon Festival); Attended DCA webinar for downtown project financing programs. Downtown Development Authority: Museum Committee meeting on Friday to review the Cemetery Walk event and plan for 2020; Preparing agenda items for the 11/7 City Council meeting. City Hall Project: Continued coordination with interested developers and contractors to rehab the gym and bus barn.
