Along with Community & Economic Development Director David Rast, held a Zoom meeting with an event planner regarding Main Street Fayetteville operations Held six two-hour goal alignment training classes for all City divisions to prepare the ClearCompany software for use by all City employees; Staff was trained by Human Resources Director Nella Cooper, IT Director Kelvin Joiner, and IT Systems Analyst Brent Latham Held the weekly meeting with Mayor Ed Johnson Held a performance management meeting with the City’s implementation team to include Human Resources Director Nella Cooper, PIO Ann Marie Burdett, IT Director Kelvin Joiner, IT Analyst Brent Latham, and Marketing Specialist Justin Crum Held a meeting with Community & Economic Development Director David Rast, Economic Development Director Brian Wismer, and CFO Mike Bush to discuss the Meridian on the Square project Along with Assistant Finance & Administrative Services Director Carleetha Talmadge, held a meeting with Green for Life (GFL) to discuss the City’s solid waste management pick-up concerns.
