1/18 Observed Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday Along with IT Director Kelvin Joiner and IT systems analysts Jessica 1/19 Smith and Brent Latham, held a meeting with LocalLoop phone systems Held a leadership Zoom meeting with various department directors 1/19 to discuss the Cohort Leadership Program with the City of Indianola, Mississippi Worked on ideas for the video wall for the New City Hall project and 1/19 reviewed the finalized lease agreements for the Gym and Bus Barn buildings Teamworks Performance Management Update: Marketing Specialist Justin Crum, IT Systems Analyst Brent Latham, IT Director Kelvin 1/19Joiner, and PIO Ann Marie Burdett led training classes for the 1/21 Teamworks Performance Management system’s ClearCompany software Held a meeting with Finance & Administrative Services Director Mike 1/20 Bush to discuss budgets for a number of projects.
