My name is Fátima, but I like to be called Fa. I am a ninth-semester architecture student at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
I am an aspiring architect passionate about creating functional spaces that promote well-being, harmony, and connection with their surroundings and nature. I’m inspired by sustainable architecture, brutalism, and minimalism for their ability to convey authenticity through simplicity and the nobility of materials. I also enjoy architectural and landscape photography.
I have experience working with AutoCAD, Archicad, SketchUp, and rendering software. I specialize in the design of single-family and multi-family housing, as well as interior design and hybrid buildings. However, I am always open to exploring new challenges.
I’m proactive, committed, and responsible, with a strong ability to adapt. I deeply value teamwork and believe in the importance of a collaborative and positive work environment. I’m known for my sincerity and my constant desire to learn, grow, and bring value to everything I do.

. As an architecture intern, I contributed to the design and spatial organization of single-family housing projects, developing architectural drawings and 3D proposals. I produced renderings to visualize finish options and designed custom furniture for terraces, living rooms, dining areas, kitchens, and closets. My responsibilities also included assisting in construction site supervision, reviewing plans on-site, and organizing project documentation. Additionally, I supported the preparation of final client presentations, participated in material selection, and collaborated in budget evaluations.

This building is located in San Antonio, Texas, along a main road parallel to Culebra Street. It includes two levels and a rooftop, combining public and private spaces with a sustainable design approach.
The structure uses a steel frame system with trusses and drywall partitions, and all spaces are designed to ensure universal accessibility.
The project integrates solar panels, an HVAC system (air supply and extraction), water collectors, and floor-to-ceiling openings to optimize natural ventilation and lighting. The most exposed façades feature metal lattices with a wood finish to provide solar shading.
The overall design aims to create a functional, inclusive, and environmentally efficient space for the community, incorporating green areas, gathering spots, and multipurpose rooms.

This project proposes a hybrid public building designed to revitalize and serve the Monserrat neighborhood community. It is organized around three main functions housing, commerce, and culture—integrated through an urban proposal that prioritizes connectivity, public space, and sustainability.
The housing area includes one- and two-bedroom apartments distributed across four staggered levels, featuring green areas, shared spaces, and private parking. A central cultural plaza connects all functions, leading to spaces such as art galleries, a library, coworking areas, and a 250-seat auditorium supported by a metal truss structure.
The commercial zone includes a public dining hall, cafés, and an urban garden, acting as a transition between cultural and residential areas. The project aspires to become the heart of the neighborhood, promoting community engagement and environmental well-being. Green pathways with diverse grasses and wooden lattice screens with climbing plants enhance thermal and acoustic comfort, strengthening the bond between nature and architecture.
