Welcome to the Fashion Retail Academy’s new campus, Electra House.

We have been working behind the scenes for the past five years to look for the new home of fashion’s next generation. We’ve chosen Electra House, a landmark listed building near Liverpool Street, London, as our new campus, and we are excited to share with you what to expect ahead of our move in September 2024.

The campus is currently undergoing a £50 million renovation to create state-of-the-art spaces for our students.

Our new site will foster and enhance our sense of community through shared spaces and a collaborative approach to learning, with a blend of multi-purpose, adaptable learning spaces, community areas, and bigger and better facilities, including a fashion design wing, enhanced and flexible IT facilities, and specialist event spaces.

We look forward to welcoming you to the new home of Fashion’s Next Generation.

ELECTRA HOUSE For the past 18 years, the Fashion Retail Academy has been pushing the boundaries of style and creativity at our Gresse Street campus in Tottenham Court Road, London, but now it’s time to take things to the next level.

In September 2024, we’ll be moving to our new, inspiring landmark campus: Electra House! We’ve designed the campus with a blend of the building’s heritage features and our cutting-edge vision for the home of fashion’s next generation.

£50 MILLION

RENOVATION The renovation is being completed to give our students custom-designed spaces to reflect real fashion and retail workplaces. There will be industry-standard equipment throughout Electra House, and essential software in the IT suite so that students have the opportunity to learn how to use the tools they need to succeed in industry.

There will be a dedicated space for apprenticeships as well as a fully-equipped photography studio and fashion design wing complete with professional sewing and pattern-cutting resources.

HOW TO

FIND US The campus is a 5-minute walk away from Liverpool Street station and directly opposite Moorgate underground station, so it’s easy to get to. At Liverpool Street station, you can catch trains on National Rail, the London Overground, TfL Rail and multiple underground lines, taking you around London and beyond.

The closest tube stations are:

MOORGATE immediately opposite Electra House LIVERPOOL STREET 5-minute walk BANK 8-minute walk You can easily get to the other major London stations by tube or bus, as well as getting to Oxford Street in less than 15 minutes. Multiple bus routes stop at Moorgate station as well.
