OBJECTIVE:

The goal of the Mentoring Program is to establish a trusting relationship with accountability and responsibility between the mentor and mentee. Mentors, subject matter experts, are available to enrich the knowledge and skills amongst mentees, the employees of Farm Credit. Together they will achieve growth and success for the benefit of the association and its members.

Brandon started with Farm Credit of Western Arkansas in 2008. He is the President and CEO and works in Central Office. He oversees the Senior Management Team.
