Students are awarded test results at the end of the six classes. ADULT & TOTS: Classes are for the beginning skater age 2-5. Skaters will skate in the class with a parent (parent must wear skates). PROGRAM INFORMATION SKATES: The Fargo Park District does not have skate rentals. Hockey or figure skates are acceptable. Double-bladed skates are not allowed. Skates should fit where the big toe brushes the end of the skates. They should be tied tight as they will loosen as the child skates. Scheels and Play It Again Sports sell used skates. DRESS: Children are required to wear mittens or gloves in every class. Hats are suggested for Adult and Tots and Beginners for good protection of the skater’s head. Legs and arms must be covered. Skaters should wear layers of sweatpants instead of snowpants. As the weather gets colder outside, the temperature of the rink also gets colder, so dress warm.

BEGINNERS 2: Classes are for skaters who have completed Beginners Level 1. Classes are held once a week for 45 minutes for six weeks.
