HERE ARE SOME SOUND ENERGY SAVING TIPS FROM ALLAN ¥ When purchasing an appliance, check out the energy label on the product.

An A rating is good, A+ rating is better, and an A+++ is the best. The higher the rating the less electricity the product uses. Let’s take a fridge for example. A fridge that is A+++ rated will have cold zones inside to keep your food cold and fresh for longer. In many cases a more expensive product will cost you a lot less in the long run. ¥ Switch to LED bulbs. ¥ Use cold water when washing your clothes. ¥ Make sure your dishwasher is packed full before running it. ¥ Don’t leave plugs switched on – think of the number of plugs switched on around the house but not in use. Switch them off. ¥ Rechargeable vacuum cleaners are super energy savers.
