One of the most effective ways to reach families facing cancer with financial support is to meet them where they are. This is why we partner with cancer treatment centers across the country to identify patients in need of our Financial Treatment Program. In 2021, we increased the number of treatment centers we work with to 855, expanding our reach by 52%. This growth was driven by improvements in our online application experience for healthcare professionals, increased outreach to community care centers, and referrals from our nonprofit partners.
