PATRICIA E. GLASSFORD ’85 Vice President and Project Leader, General Electric (Retired)
Patti Glassford is a member of the University’s Board of Trustees. She worked for GE for over 32 years and was previously Vice President of Cash Initiatives. Glassford held a number of leadership roles throughout her career across the Industrial, Capital, and Media businesses, including CFO Energy Connections, CFO Treasury, CFO Restructuring Operations, CFO Industrial Solutions, EVP and CFO NBC Universal Film and Parks, SVP and CFO NBC TV Stations and NBC West Coast, manager, Finance GE Plastics Commercial and Manufacturing, and executive audit manager. Glassford graduated from Fairfield University with a BS in finance in 1985 and GE’s Financial Management Program in 1988. Glassford was the 2015 recipient of the Alumni Professional Achievement Award. She and her husband, John ’85, live in Greenwich, Conn.
ADRIENNE A. JOHNSON ’91 Managing Director and Chief Transformation Officer, Equitable
Adrienne Johnson is Managing Director and Chief Transformation Officer of Equitable and a member of the company’s Operating Committee. As CTO, Johnson is responsible for Equitable’s customer service and operations for the company’s three lines of business Group Retirement, Individual Retirement and Protection Solutions; her responsibilities also include Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management and Corporate Security, Corporate Sourcing and Procurement, the Implementation Management Office which oversees the company’s investment pool and supports Equitable’s newly listed status, and the Results Delivery Office providing enterprise-wide program management. As CTO, Johnson drives enterprise-wide initiatives that shape customer, partner, and employee experience. Johnson is passionate about giving back to the community, in particular, mentoring young talent, supporting women’s leadership development, and serving in veterans organizations. Johnson serves on the Advisory Board of the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors for the CenterState Corporation for Economic Opportunity. Johnson earned a bachelor of science degree from Fairfield University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
