Faircape Health Tokai Rehabilitation has created a purpose-built environment since its inception in 2016. We have assembled a team of healthcare professionals that operates as one unit, utilising and leveraging one another’s skills and capabilities to the benefit of our patients.
We are committed to assisting those who struggle with geriatric difficulties and we are strong proponents of the value of a team-based approach to Geriatric Rehabilitation.
