Global Beverage Manufacturer and Distributor
Client Need · The client was facing a number of challenges from, a complex and inefficient supply chain, which was largely an outcome of multiple mergers over a short period of time. · The client also needed to address increasing customer and well-known aging population challenges unique to Japan. EZDA’s team set-up and operates the largest global flower digital marketplace, which: · Connects 39,000 florists with 5,000 growers and exporters. · Creates a competitive environment where florists have access to the largest product selection in the world, at the best prices · Provides florists with direct access to growers, not only to wholesalers and exporters · Comes with logistics solutions, from international freight to express deliveries to florist shops. EZDA’s member firm, adi, operates one of the most streamlined agribusinesses globally, with cold chain delivery from growers to the florists typically occurring in under 24h across Europe. Client Need · EZDA was asked to procure and deliver a new facility as part of an overall supply chain transformation. · In line with a supply chain strategy completed by
EZDA, Myer needed to procure a new facility.
