Contract Compliance System (CCS) to ensure full compliance of outsourced expenditure by automatically checking invoices at a line item level against agreed contract terms to identify overcharges prior or post payment. Global Beverage Manufacturer and Distributor
Client Need · The client was facing a number of challenges from, a complex and inefficient supply chain, which was largely an outcome of multiple mergers over a short period of time. · The client also needed to address increasing customer and well-known aging population challenges unique to Japan. Client Need · Due to the growth of eCommerce, parcel and packet volumes the Client is experiencing significant pressure and is expected to continue to grow strongly into the future. NZ Post’s sortation capacity was already under considerable pressure, breaching available capacity during peak times. The network needed sortation capacity that could grow with volume, deal with peak processing nearly double the average and provide a high level of flexibility. EZDA’s team set-up and operates the largest global flower digital marketplace, which: · Connects 39,000 florists with 5,000 growers and exporters. · Creates a competitive environment where florists have access to the largest product selection in the world, at the best prices · Provides florists with direct access to growers, not only to wholesalers and exporters · Comes with logistics solutions, from international freight to express deliveries to florist shops. EZDA’s member firm, adi, operates one of the most streamlined agribusinesses globally, with cold chain delivery from growers to the florists typically occurring in under 24h across Europe.
